Intuition or rational

Discussion of a theme rational vs sensual. The answer to the remark about advantage of intuition and oversights of rational thinking (is inconvenient and uneconomically)

I understand that the intuition is convenient. However, to the laws the rational relation is required. If the harm of action is not proved, it cannot be provided against, and for it is impossible to penalize. Frequently it seems to the people, that the consequences of action will be awful, and they require forbidding such actions. They refer to feelings, and cannot explain, what harm, and how this harm arises.

The states should not be engaged in protection of the citizens against the information. Those who wishes to save "cleanliness", should be cautious, and not to require from the state to limit access and to forbid propagation of "sins".

In addition, is necessary to check all other solutions. Even the customary household actions require check. It happens, that the person does something incorrectly - he once has learned this wrong way, and he did not think any more.
