The moral

The moral is a system of the interdictions and orders, which reasons are not realized. That it worked, there should be an availability of not realized pavor of punishment or not realized desire of the award. If the same orders are discharged by the person with knowledge of the reasons, it any more morals, and the rational procedure, in which will be made less mistakes. The for some reason not realized executing of these rules highly is appreciated by the moralists, but if realized, even is condemned.

The initiators of the interdictions in laws now quite often offer two substantiations: "moral" ("is bad and guilty") and rational (direct the real reasons). Probably, this variants are intended for the different people. An example - struggle with prostitution. I would prefer it referred not to "protection of morals", but to "to antiepidemic measures". I suspect, that to the "struggle for morals" refer all, that the rational reasons not wish make publicly opened ("thin management" by the people through feelings and emotions)
