The text was written on result a spore about interposition of the state in upbringing. Some consider, that the state interposes unsufficiently, and preserves children against their parents unsufficiently.

Anything good will not be, if the state will interpose even more with the family proceedings, to control upbringing, down to the books and films, which parents can show to children, both those employment and outlooks, which parents can by him offer. In the advanced countries of the state interpose excessively, imposing the parents the rigid standards and depriving their possibility itself to sample methods of upbringing. But the people are necessary different, variously upbringing... In connection with " the Novgorod case" ***, many it is marked, what even the carelessness can be recognized as wilfulness, and valuing will be guided by desire more strictly to punish the "irresponsible" parents. Children in result too will suffer - parents them will control rigidly, establishing them hothouse conditions and depriving customary children's entertainments, as otherwise parents wait punishment for each ecchymosis and for each scratch of the child. By blogs, the strong public pressure on such parents already is now realized in Russia, and the supporters of such approach constantly require a hardening of the laws.
